RMI Chairman congratulates Brian Madderson on his lifetime achievement award

At the Forecourt Trader Awards, Brian Madderson, Retail Motor Industry (RMI) Director and Chairman of the Petrol Retailers Association (PRA) and Car Wash Association (CWA), was presented with a Lifetime Achievement Award.

Peter Johnson, Chairman of the RMI, said: “This is a strong acknowledgment of Brian’s hard work since becoming Chairman of the PRA in 2009. This work includes securing the best legislative outcomes for its members on numerous occasions.

“His longstanding commitment in protecting the interests and livelihoods of the PRA’s members has led him to become the face of the fuel retailing industry. I am sure his members have greatly appreciated his exuberance over the years.

“Through his many national and regional media appearances, Brian has helped to bring greater awareness to both the challenges the industry has faced and its accomplishments”
